Ubuntu Gale has no completed programme or annual impact reports yet. This page defines the minimum content and publication controls future reports must meet.

A report will not be created from proposed targets or design activity alone. Publication requires an approved period, evidence review and responsible sign-off.

Programme report

Programme purpose, reporting period, activities, milestones, participants, expenditure, risks, issues, outcomes, evidence coverage, partner contributions, lessons and next-period decisions.

Funder report

Grant conditions, restricted use, budget versus actual, material variance, delivery progress, verified results, evidence, deviations, risks and next milestones.

Public impact report

A readable account of verified outcomes, definitions, geographic and reporting scope, methods, limitations, safeguarding considerations and learning—including work that did not achieve its intended result.

Publication controls

Named report owner, data-quality review, finance reconciliation where applicable, evidence verification, privacy and safeguarding review, executive approval, version, publication date and correction route.

Accessible formats

Web content as the primary accessible version, with tagged PDF only where needed, descriptive charts, accessible tables, alt text, plain-language summary and low-bandwidth download size.
