It asks for 10 steps of context

Organisation, compliance, contacts, contribution, programme and geography, beneficiary focus, governance, documents, reporting and declarations. Most of it is optional — required fields are marked.

It never asks for certain things

No bank account details, no director identity numbers, no passwords and no personal information about beneficiaries. If a form on any site claiming to be ours asks for those, it is not ours.
