Large enough to learn; small enough to support
A thirty-business cohort can include different operating models while preserving time for assessment and implementation. It is a design assumption, not a recruitment promise, and may change after community validation.
Training alone does not complete implementation
An owner may understand customer tracking in a workshop and still lack time to define fields, clean records, configure access and introduce a daily habit. Clinics and guided setup are intended to bridge that gap.
A small number of high-value practices
The pilot will not attempt to transform every function. Each business will identify a bounded action plan focused on operating value, affordability, security and the capacity to continue.
Adoption after direct support
Proposed measures include completion of an action plan, adoption of agreed practices, confidence, continued use, barriers, unintended effects and whether the owner can maintain accounts and data independently.
What still needs validation and funding
Eligibility, location, recruitment partners, participation support, tool costs, facilitation ratio, data collection, baseline measures, follow-up method and the full pilot budget remain subject to approval.
